Linfa - Milan, Italy
Milan is a great city. It is simply buzzing with culture and design including architecture, art and of course fashion.
The food is also excellent. Vegetables are fresh and vibrant. The breads and pastas light and delicious.
For our … last supper in the city we went to Linfa, located in the design district and Italy's first plant-based and gluten free restaurant.

We did the tasting menu and it was delightful. A surprising combination of Italian and Japanese cuisine, all the flavors were complex and smooth. The “chicken” for example was tender and glazed in soy and apricot making a perfect summer flavor. Another standout was the mozzarella stuffed tomato, with basil. Mind blowing.
Everything was truly exceptional and a perfect way end our trip to the iconic city.
