Anoah - Zurich, Switzerland
Zurich has amazing vegan restaurants. Amazing.
On our stay we had the pleasure to visit three.
Our first night we went to Anoah. It features a seasonal tasing menu with wine and nonalcoholic pairings.
This was probably the best tasting menu we ever had. It was perfect. It was delicious and moving. A pure joy. The energy was amazing!
The food was very grounded. None of it felt overly intellectual or performative. Each dish felt like an authentic and honest expression. There was deep care in everything.
We did the wine and nonalcoholic pairing option.
Both were so thoughtful and excellent. A juice and spritz were among our favorite flavors of the night. Incredible.
We often love what we eat, but it is rare to be moved by the environment and food of a restaurant in a powerful way. We felt connected to the spirit of Anoah. It was a very special experience for us. An amazing Vegan Date Night.
